What fabrics can you use?
Most soft, lightweight fabrics work well, including baby clothes, pyjamas, tops, and blankets.
Are there any fabrics you can’t use?
Very thick materials such as denim, leather, or fur are not suitable. Large motifs, chunky embroidery, and big printed wording may also not work well within the design.
Can I choose the placement of my clothing?
Yes! If you would like your fabrics arranged in a certain order, simply leave a note at checkout or include one in your parcel.
Can I choose the thread colour?
Yes, of course! You’re welcome to request a thread colour when placing your order. If no preference is given, once I receive your fabrics I will suggest a colour that best compliments both the fabrics and your chosen jumper.
How do I send my clothing?
Once your order is placed, you will receive the postal details and next steps by email.
Will you let me know when my clothing arrives?
Yes I do my best to confirm when your parcel has arrived. I always recommend using a tracked postal service for peace of mind.
How long will my order take?
Turnaround time begins once your clothing has been received. A general timeframe is between 2-3 weeks.
Will I be notified when my order is posted?
Yes, you will receive an email once your keepsake has been dispatched, along with tracking details where available.
Do you return leftover fabric?
Yes, any unused fabric can be returned with your finished keepsake if requested.
Where do you ship to?
I currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
